Booking Details and Tour Description

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hrs

Price: 150 AED per person, children 10 years and under in double kayak, with adult, 110 AED

A tour starts with a minimum of 4 people but is open for others to join. If you have less than 4 people, please look at our calender to see what tours are available for you to join. 

Description. 1.5 to 2  hours of guided paddling (you paddle yourself) deep into the heart of the mangroves. Kayak through channels, over the shallows and, if high tide, under the full canopy of the mangroves. This tour is (obviously) tide dependent and therefore timings and routes will vary. If you are looking for a more informative tour then please book our Eco Tour.

Experience required. The Mangrove tour is suitable for beginners to experienced paddlers.

Transport.  We do not provide transport.  Please make your own way to the launch point.

Dry bags. Dry bags are not provided, but will be available for purchase on site.

Tour timings. Tour times vary depending on the time of year. In winter the first tour starts at 8am and the last tour starts at 3pm.  We also have tours running in the middle of the day.  In summer the tours start times are extended to 7am and 4pm with no tours during the middle of the day.

The Entertainer Voucher 2013 redemption conditions:

• Booking start times (see above).
• Voucher not valid during public holidays.
• Voucher is accepted only when the group is 4+ in size.
• Children’s prices do not apply when using the Voucher.
• Please note that Vouchers will not be accepted on late arrival of guests of 15 minutes or more after the booked start time.

Daman membership benefits:

• 4 for the price of 2 on production of 4 valid Daman cards; or
• 10% of if you produce your valid Daman card.

Note: All private tours require a 50% deposit to secure the booking.

New, extra, location.  We can now deliver a mangrove tour from Yas Beach too.  The good news is that there are toilet and changing facilities there, the bad news is that The Entertainer Voucher and Daman Card discounts do not count.
